Common starting flow rates for pets: Pets (especially cats and small dogs) typically require much lower oxygen flow rates than adults. Veterinarians most commonly recommend a starting flow rate of 1 liter per minute (1 L/min) for pets. This flow rate is sufficient to meet the basic oxygen therapy needs of most small pets while avoiding the irritation or discomfort that excessive flow rates can cause to their delicate respiratory tracts (such as oxygen-induced lung damage).

❗ Filter and Accessory Maintenance

1. Air Intake Filter: The intake filter cotton is not washable. It should be replaced after 100–200 hours of use, or immediately if it appears dirty.

--Regularly maintain the appearance of the oxygen concentrator and carefully wipe around the vents. To remove dirt, rub the surface lightly.
--Clean the nasal cannula at least once a week. If it is used daily, it is best to change the nasal cannula every two months. If you don't use it frequently, replace it every three to six months.
--The filter of the oxygen generator can remove dust, dirt, and pollen from the air. Cleaning the filter once a month can extend the service life of the unit.
