Exchange Policy
EXCHANGEABLE TIMEFRAME:
For all VARON Oxygen Concentrator products ordered from the (https://varoninc.uk/) online store, we offer a 30-day exchange policy after order delivery (accessories are not included in this exchange policy).
Please note that if an order exceeds the 30-day exchange policy period, your exchange request will be denied.
Exchange conditions:
- If it is not a quality problem and you need to exchange the goods, please make sure to keep the goods in perfect condition with all the accessories complete (including the original box, warranty certificate, etc.).
- If you need to exchange the goods due to quality problems, please be sure to provide proof of the problem (such as photos, videos), and confirmed by the quality inspection is a product defect.
Exchange process:
If you need to exchange the goods, please contact customer service through the official e-mail (support@varoninc.uk), provide the order number and details of the description, customer service will review the information you provide.
If you are sure to meet the conditions of the exchange, customer service will provide you with an accurate return address for the exchange by official e-mail, please send the goods to the designated address provided by the customer service, and will provide the logistics single number to the customer service by e-mail. We will arrange new shipment for you as soon as possible after receiving the logistics number provided by you.
Exchange charge standard:
- If you order the wrong model, the machine performance is not a problem but can not really meet the actual needs of the customer's own reasons for the replacement needs, we can provide free replacement services, the replacement amount of more than a small amount, but you need to bear the freight charges.
- If due to quality problems and confirmed by the quality inspection of product defects, we can provide free replacement services, and the freight costs borne by us.
Note: All consumable accessories do not support the exchange (if it is determined to be a quality problem, we will send it back for you).
